Apprenticeships are an exciting opportunity for us, as a company, as we get to employ apprentices at different levels in their career from intermediate to degree levels.
Neuteq are pleased to welcome our new apprentice, Josh, who has joined us to complete his Engineering Manufacturing Technician standard at our facility. Not only will Josh be earning while he learns, but he will also be gaining the skills and knowledge required for his chosen profession, whilst having hands-on practical experience. Josh will get a real understanding of the working world and receive a nationally recognised qualification at the end of his apprenticeship.
As an employer, we care about the development of our team members, whether that be offering further training opportunities for existing employees or offering apprentices like Josh, and others before him, the opportunity to have on the job training whilst gaining the qualifications that suit both them and us.
